Your luxury villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. All furniture, beds and décor new for 2006. As you would expect, the villa is fully air conditioned and rooms have ceiling fans. Your villa comfortably sleeps 8 people.

The spacious living room has a comfortable couch and a sofa bed which can be converted into an additional double bed. The colour television and VCR is connected to the cable network and a CD player is also provided.

The new kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you could need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave, large fridge freezer with icemaker a dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares.

The spacious dining area with table and chairs has ample seating and gives access through the patio to your private pool.

The pool and decking area are fully screened and totally secluded. Pool side furniture includes sun loungers and a table and chairs for sunbathing and dining.
